Revised executive order in concultation - join Vana webinar
The Ministry of the Environment has now sent a draft of a revised executive order on registration and reporting of packaging (Part 1) for supplementary consultation. At VANA, we are busy interpreting the executive order, and on 24 January at 10-11 we hold a theme webinar for members.

The consultation deadline for comments to the Ministry of the Environment is 31 January 2024, and the executive order is expected to be issued by 1 April 2024, when registration with Danish Producer Responsibility opens. At VANA, we are in the process of interpreting the executive order, and on Wednesday 24 January from 10-11 we will hold a theme webinar for members, where we will review and explain the adjustments in the revised executive order on registration and reporting, and there will be ample opportunity to ask questions about what it means for you.
