Prepare for the producer resonsibility with good packaging design

The purpose of introducing the producer responsibility for packaging is, among other things, to create financial incentives to design packaging which is less harmful to the environment and the climate. The overall principles are therefore about keeping resources in circulation by designing packaging that can be included in so-called circular loops.

There is no one-size-fits-all solution. Therefore, it is important that you familiarise yourself with the possibilities of optimising the design of the packaging in your company's respective products, industry and market.
There are many different ways to approach the design process. So even though all the details for the Danish model for the producer responsibility on packaging are not yet in place, your company can advantageously start the initial preparations already now.
