Your responsibility under producer responsibility on packaging
- Collection and waste treatment of packaging waste
You must ensure that all the packaging you make available on the market is collected, sorted, and recycled or reused. - Registration, reporting, and payment
You must ensure that you are registered with the authorities (DPA), and that you report and pay for the quantities of packaging you make available on the market. - Carry out self-assessment
You must carry out self-assessment to ensure the quality and documentation of the data you report.
