Danish legislation - executive order

Packaging:

The order was submitted for consultation with a deadline of August 12th to ensure that the producer responsibility organisations (PRO's) that have been obliged to take over waste through emergency allocation, can have their actual, documented costs covered via the financial guarantee during the period until a new allocation comes into effect.

The order was resubmitted for consultation on September 13th with the aim of implementing the government’s political announcements. Read more: Political agreement on the framework for producer responsibility for packaging in place.
