VANA registers your company with the authorities

VANA makes sure to register your company in the national producer responsibility register with Dansk Producentansvar (DPA). This is done through VANA's new member portal, which we are opening already today. It is also in the member portal that you may enter your expected packaging quantities for 2024 when you are ready.

The deadline for reporting the packaging quantities is 31 August 2024.

How to do it – register in VANA's new member portal

With the opening of VANA's new member portal, we also close down all current access to vana.dk. Therefore, you must register and confirm your information through the member portal and validate with MitID Erhverv, even if you are already registered on vana.dk. As soon as you are registered in VANA's new member portal, you will automatically obtain access to VANA's knowledge and tools again as well as all our other services and benefits.

In order to have your producer responsibility handled by VANA, you must sign a contract containing the terms and obligations associated with using VANA as a PRO. The contract must be submitted no later than 1 May 2024. You can see terms regarding binding, payment, bank details, etc. from VANA's terms and conditions.

NOTE: New CVR number and bank: Please note that VANA has a new CVR number and new bank information, which must be changed if you have already created VANA in e.g.an accounting system.

Full access to VANA's member benefits

Registration at VANA costs a start-up fee of DKK 4,000 (DKK 2,000 for companies below the triviality limit). The start-up contribution is a lump sum that ensures you continued full access to all VANA's member benefits – including all the new ones that will be added as the legislation falls into place. Once VANA has registered your information with DPA, you will also receive an invoice directly from DPA with a registration fee of DKK 1,000 (DKK 500 for companies already registered for other types of producer responsibility).
