DPA issues the annual fees in week 45
DPA has informed that they will start sending out the annual fees to the producers in week 45. Therefore, keep an eye on the company's digital mail. Questions regarding calculation, invoicing, or payment should be directed to DPA.
Dansk Producentansvar (DPA) has informed VANA that the annual fees are sent out at the beginning of week 45.
For Danish companies, the invoice is sent via Digital Post to the company's CVR number. DPA states that the payment deadline is 30 days.
The annual fee covers DPA's costs for administration of producer responsibility and is calculated based on the quantities marketed by the company (that is, the 2025 quantities).
If you have questions about the size or calculation of your fee, the invoice, or the payment, you should contact DPA directly. It is DPA that calculates and collects the fees as well as provides guidance on the specific invoicing.
